Eviction notice rules in North Dakota
Nonpayment notice
3-day Notice of Intention to Evict (pay or move out) once rent is 3 days past due (N.D. Cent. Code ยงยง 47-32-01(4), 47-32-02). North Dakota courts provide an official form (ND Legal Self Help Center, Form 1a).
Lease-violation notice

Unconditional quit (no second chance)
